We serve weddings and events within 300 miles of New Carlisle, Ohio. Package-included delivery varies by package; longer distances receive a custom quote based on mileage and logistics.

Professional delivery and setup are available throughout our service area. Pickup is included where stated in a package or added to a custom quote based on the event plan.

Our policies are designed to protect your event date, our inventory and the quality of every installation.
A flat $200 reservation deposit is required after availability is confirmed. The reservation deposit is applied toward the final rental balance. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. Bookings are not confirmed until the required payment and signed agreement are received.
Because your date is reserved exclusively for your event, the $200 reservation deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations more than 30 days before the event may receive a refund of eligible amounts paid beyond the reservation deposit. Within 30 days, amounts paid are generally non-refundable, subject to the signed rental agreement and applicable law.
Clients are responsible for rented items from delivery/setup until pickup/return. A security deposit or card authorization may be required for higher-value installations. Damage, loss, missing pieces or excessive cleaning may be charged at replacement or repair cost as outlined in the rental agreement.
Outdoor installations require a safe, level, reasonably sheltered setup area and protection from wind, rain and severe weather. Ever After Rentals may refuse or modify an installation when conditions could damage inventory or create a safety hazard. Weather-related decisions are handled according to the signed agreement.
Delivery and professional setup are available within 300 miles of New Carlisle, Ohio. Delivery pricing is based on mileage, access, stairs/elevators, loading distance, setup complexity and timing. Standard package pricing includes only the delivery/setup distance stated in the package; longer-distance events receive a custom quote.
Pickup windows are scheduled in advance. Customer pickup is available for eligible items. Rented pieces must be returned in the same condition and with all components. Late returns may incur additional rental or labor charges when they affect another booking.
The client is responsible for confirming venue permission, load-in/load-out windows, parking access, electrical availability when needed and any venue rules affecting installation. Additional waiting or labor caused by venue restrictions may be billed.
Custom signage, floral selections and special builds require additional lead time and may require a non-refundable design/materials charge. Final colors and materials may vary slightly from concept imagery because our professional concept images are illustrative.
